Your installer will contact you prior to your installation and provide a list of pre-installation activities for you.
How Does it Work?
The Data Innovations authorized installer will provide assistance and a step-by-step explanation of the concepts necessary to establish instrument and LIS connectivity to Instrument Manager. The information provided will allow you to setup and establish connectivity, operate the basic functions of Instrument Manager, and perform fundamental diagnostics and troubleshooting.
