At Data Innovations, we offer two levels of installation support to assist with the installation of your Instrument Manager system. These levels include on-site installation and remote installation. Why Purchase Installation Support?
As trained experts on the installation of Instrument Manager, Data Innovations authorized installers will assist you with the installation of your Instrument Manager system whether that be remotely or on-site. Your installer will contact you prior to your installation and provide a list of pre-installation activities for you.
How Does it Work?
The Data Innovations authorized installer will provide assistance and a step-by-step explanation of the concepts necessary to establish instrument and LIS connectivity to Instrument Manager. The information provided will allow you to setup and establish connectivity, operate the basic functions of Instrument Manager, and perform fundamental diagnostics and troubleshooting.
