On-Site Installation ...

On-site Installation provides for a Data Innovations authorized installer to establish connectivity to your Instrument Manager system at your facility.

Why Purchase It? Choose On-site Installation when you prefer your installation be led by a Data Innovations authorized installer at your facility.  As trained experts on the installation of Instrument Manager, Data Innovations authorized installers are prepared to efficiently install your system with minimal impact to your resources.  Your installer will contact you prior to your installation and provide a list of pre-installation activities for you. 

How Does It Work?  The Data Innovations authorized installer will provide hands-on assistance and step-by-step explanation of the concepts necessary to establish instrument and LIS connectivity to Instrument Manager.  The information provided will allow you to setup and establish connectivity on your own, operate the basic functions of Instrument Manager, and perform fundamental diagnostics and troubleshooting.   

How Do I Get It? Call the Data Innovations Sales Department at (802) 264-3470 and ask for On-site Installation. On-site installation is generally scheduled four to six weeks in advance, depending on demand.


Remote Installation ...

Remote Installation provides for a Data Innovations authorized installer to remotely establish connectivity to your Instrument Manager system.

Choose Remote Installation when you want the assurance of a dedicated Data Innovations authorized installer to remotely assist during your installation.  As trained experts on the installation of Instrument Manager, Data Innovations authorized installers will assist you with the installation of your Instrument Manager system.  Your installer will contact you prior to your installation and provide a list of pre-installation activities for you.
