‡ FDA Cleared: This designation indicates that a version of the driver listed is intended for use in a blood banking environment and received FDA and/or Data Innovations regulatory review. (NOTE: This intended use is in addition to the interface's use in the general clinical lab setting). When updated versions of these drivers are needed, the changes are reviewed for equivalency, and validated for their intended use by Data Innovations.
What's a driver's status?
All drivers have a status of Beta, Live or Controlled.
- Live drivers are downloadable from the Customer Web Portal.
- Beta drivers are available by contacting support.
- Controlled Drivers or Emulators are available by contacting support.
A driver with a status of "Beta" means that it is being tested in house or it is being tested at a customer's site. Only after a driver has been tested and approved at a customer's site (with the medical device for which it was intended) does its status change from "Beta" to "live."
NOTE: If you would like to test a Beta driver for us, please contact us.
Please contact Data Innovations if you do not see the driver that you need.
