Driver Download Instructions
IMPORTANT: You must use the correct driver version
Before you download a driver you must first determine the version number of your IM core software. The driver's version number must be the same as your Instrument Manager™'s core software version number. There are four Instrument Manager™ core versions: Windows version 5, 6, 7, and 8. If you download and load a driver that is not the same as your IM core version it will not work.

ZIP Files
All Windows drivers are compressed in WinZip file format. Opening and extracting these files requires WinZip® software. You can obtain this software for a small charge at http://www.winzip.com.

What's a driver's status?
All drivers have a status of Under Development, Beta, Controlled, or Live.
A driver with a status of "Beta" means that it is being tested in-house or it is being tested at a customer's site. Only after a driver has been tested and approved at a customer's site (with the medical device for which it was intended) does its status change from "Beta" to "Live." NOTE: If you would like to test a Beta driver for us, please contact support@datainnovations.com.
A driver with a status of "Controlled" means that the driver is not generally available for download from our website. For more information about this type of driver, please contact sales@datainnovations.com.
What's a Communication Mode?
A driver's communication mode defines how information is communicated between medical devices. There are three communication modes: Uni-Directional, Bi-Directional, and Query.
